Where in New Zealand are you based?

HapPea Events HQ is in rural Whakatane, in the Bay of Plenty. Most of the events we work on are in Tauranga, Rotorua, Whakatane, Taupo, Hamilton and Auckland.


do you deliver and install?

Yes! We do all the hard work for you. We deliver to your venue, set up on the day, and pick everything up after the event. So you can sit back and enjoy your celebration. 


do you have a minimum spend?

Yes, during the busy seasons, there is a minimum spend of $1250+gst excluding delivery for the Bay of Plenty, Hamilton and Taupo; $2500+gst excluding delivery for Auckland. For other areas, please enquire.



how do i secure my booking?

Your booking is secured once a 30% deposit is paid. This is non refundable.


Can we include lighting?

Absolutely! Lighting can really add that extra wow effect, especially if the event is indoors or at night. We’ll work closely with a lighting specialist to hook it all up.


Can I come see your plants?

Our plants live in a quiet and peaceful spot in rural Whakatane.. When they’re not out wowing the crowds at events, they need their rest, so unfortunately they don’t take visitors. If you have any questions regarding our plant collection, feel free to get in touch!
